1) I ordered a down loadable (aka "e product") and it is not here yet, when will it be sent to me?
Our products are automatically uploaded into your Order History section once you order it and are designed to be downloaded at your convenience. By logging into our site and opening your profile, you can see your order history and access all products listed there any time you would like.
If you purchased a product and it is not shown in your order history, please contact us immediately so we can get the issue resolved. Watch a video tutorial on how to get the digital product you ordered.
2) Where do I find the product I bought to download again?
Go to your profile and check your Order History. All of your orders will remain accessible from that spot for as long as you have an account with us.
3) I ordered a physical product, how long does it take to arrive?
Our physical products (non down loadable items) are shipped via USPS and should be shipped out within 10-14 business days of ordering. If you have not received your book within 30 days of ordering, please contact us at memberservices@mauimastermind.com to confirm your order status.
4) Can I make a phone order instead of using the web if I want to buy a product or register for an event?
Please contact us at 1.866.214.6619 to place an order or to register for an event over the phone.
5) The CD's won't work in my car/player.
Are you trying to play an audio CD or a data CD? Some of our products come with Forms CDs that are designed to be used in your computers only. Does your car's stereo system accept the CD+/-R format? Some car stereos only accept commercial CDs produced by the music industry. Try playing the CD in another player.
If you can't make the CD work in any player, contact us at 1.888.889.0944 ext. 910 to arrange for a replacement CD.

7) How do I cancel my Maui Mastermind Online membership?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your membership you can cancel at anytime. Simply email us at memberservices@mauimastermind.com and indicate your name, your Maui Mastermind Online email address and the reason why you are canceling.
Please Note: When you cancel your membership it will automatically stop access into your Maui Mastermind Online account. We are unable to make any refunds on charges currently posted to your account.
8) How can I change my log in password and/or email?
Go to your profile page and follow the prompts to update your personal information profile.
9) How to I find a Mastermind group and/or partner?
We've created a link on the new Maui Community to assist you instantly search for a partner or group. Sign into the Maui Community and go to Find a Mastermind Partner. From there it will take you through a search criteria and you will be matched with other like minded people.

10) Is your website secure so that I can use my credit card? Do you take Paypal?
We use a third-party processor, www.authorize.net, to process all of our credit card transactions. Authorize.Net's preferred payment gateway connection, Advanced Integration Method (AIM), provides the highest level of customization and security to merchants for submitting transactions online. 12) Help! I can't find my downloads!
All purchased or complimentary products can be found in your profile.
To access your profile, you need to:
- Go to www.mauimastermind.com.
- Click the "sign-in" link (it's up above the Maui Millionaires banner, on the right-hand side – it's just a little link that says "sign in"
- When the next screen opens up, enter your email address and your password
- You will then be logged into the website. Up at the top right-hand corner (again, above the MM banner) you will see the words Welcome back [Your Name], and then two links: Sign Out and Your Account. Click the "Your Account" link.
- The next screen shows your user info and has another tab that says Order History. Click the Order History tab.
- The next screen will show you all of the products you have purchased or been provided with for free by Maui Mastermind. These products will remain in your profile for as long as you have an active account with us. When products are updated at our end, your profile will automatically be updated so you can be sure you have the latest and most up-to-date versions of our materials.

14) I bought a product and want to return it, how do I do this?
Since we do have a 90 day from the date of purchase 100% satisfaction guarantee policy we can refund you if you are not completely satisfied the product.
Please contact us first at memberservices@mauimastermind.com. We will send you a Client Refund Form that we will ask that you complete and submit back to us. After that has been received please send back the complete product, in it's original packaging, with your receipt to:

Once we receive the product we will refund your account accordingly. PLEASE NOTE: If the product has been damaged or is not in it's original form Maui Mastermind has the right to adjust the refund amount. All refunds are processed at the end of the month.
