Each quarter we’ll work with you in a live, in-person Strategic Planning Intensive to make sure you have a clear, written, 1-page plan of action to follow to get maximum results.
Includes:
- In-person or virtual participation in quarterly Master’s Series of Workshops and Strategic Planning Intensives.
- Full and unlimited access to the above for your team either via live webcast or in person.
2. Execution Layer
Get Results Through Focused Action
Now that you have your written quarterly action plan, we’ll work with you weekly and bi-weekly to make sure you’re staying on track with the structured accountability and support to make sure you are executing on your plan and getting the results you want.
Includes:
- Bi-weekly private, one-to-one coaching sessions.
- Weekly online accountability checks-ins
(takes just 5-10 min. each). - Small group coaching sessions to troubleshoot challenges and accelerate implantation.
3. The Business Development Layer
Consistent Progress Towards Level 3
This is the detailed process we’ll take you and your team through the Level Three Road Map™ so that step-by-step we help you build out the systems, team, and controls you need to successfully reach Level Three.
Includes:
- Customizable video training to coach your team in building your systems and controls.
- Small group coaching session to use as needed to solve scaling challenges.
- Full access to the complete Business Owner Success Library.
