What is the Maui Coaching App and what is the Membership site?
The Maui Coaching App (www.mauimastermind.com/app) is a powerful, structured tool to help you and your team invest your best resources of time, talent, and attention into your highest return activities. The app has four main tools: the Quarterly Strategic Action Plan Tool, the Quarterly Review Tool, the Weekly Big Rock Report, and the Video Training Library.The Membership Site is where Maui Mastermind hosts additional programs. The Financial Mastery Program and the Maui Leadership Program. To learn more about these add-on programs and joining, email membership@mauimastermind.com.Please note that the login credentials for the Maui Coaching App and the Membership Site are different. Where can I go to find a previous Maui Tool?
- To find a previous Maui Mastermind Tool, go to the homepage of the Maui Coaching App. Under the section on the home page “Where to Go From Here”, there is a bullet point that says “Helpful Program PDF Tools”. This is the best location to look core Maui Mastermind tools and tools used at previous Master Series Events.

How do I set-up my team to use the Maui Coaching App?
- To set your team members up in the Maui Coaching App, email membership@mauimastermind.com with your team members full name and email address. You can also set up your team members by following this process here on the Maui Coaching App.
What are the different levels of access to the Maui Coaching App when setting up team members?
There are three levels of access in the Maui Coaching App:
- Primary User: Can create, edit and view ALL company Quarterly Reviews, Actions Plans, and Big Rock Reports. Can also add new users to the Maui App.
- Manager Access: Can create, edit and view ALL company Quarterly Reviews, Action Plans, and Big Rock Reports.
- Staff Access: View company Action Plans. Can create and edit their own Action Plan and create Big Rock Reports.

How do I update my credit card on file?
To update your monthly Business Coaching Program payments, please visit www.mauimastermind.com/ccupdate and send an email to membership@mauimastermind.com to notify them of your credit card update. You can also reach the client services team and update your credit card via phone at 888.889.0944 Ext 915.

How can I help keep myself accountable during the program?
Your dedicated Maui coach will be someone to hold you accountable. Over time, your Maui Coach will get to know you deeply, and be the one person in your business life whom you can count on to tell it to you straight.Completing the Strategic Action Plan each quarter will help align your team on big-picture priorities so everyone can better manage their responsibilities and contribute more to the real needs of the business.The weekly Big Rock Reports are specific action steps, tasks, or chunks of a key project that, if you did them in the coming week, would do the most to help you accomplish the key results outlined in your quarterly SAP
What can I do to connect with other Maui Business Coaching Members?
The best way to meet others in the Maui Mastermind Community is to come to the Quarterly Master Series Events. You can also interact with others during the Q&A portion at the end of the monthly Group Coaching Sessions. What is the Strategic Action Plan? How do I find it? How do I use it?
The Strategic Action Plan (SAP) is a powerful tool to help you reduce your company’s focus for the coming 90 days to the highest value, highest leverage areas possible.Your one-page SAP becomes your quarterly and weekly GPS to make sure that you and your team are focusing on the right things and hitting key milestones on time. Think of it as a visual cue that glues your team’s best attention on those things that matter most. It’s the written allocation of where your team is investing its best discretionary time, talent, attention, and money. It will help align your team on big-picture priorities so everyone can better manage their responsibilities and contribute more to the real needs of the business.Your Maui Coach will create your first SAP for you using the Maui App. Each quarter, you will get a chance to work on your new Quarterly SAP at the Quarterly Master Series Events.You will find your SAP in the Maui Coaching App at the top of the page that says “Action Plan.”

What are Group Coaching Sessions?
In addition to your one-to-one coaching, you’ll also get full access to dozens of small group coaching sessions spaced out over the year. Some of these sessions are topic specific, like ways to improve collections, how to hire top talent, and increasing operational efficiencies. Other sessions are pure “hot seat” sessions where you can bring your toughest business challenge and get outside input and ideas to best deal with it.
