A focused diagnostic conversation designed to identify the single biggest constraint limiting progress.

You may leave with:

All three outcomes are considered success.


2. Decide

Once the constraint is identified, we determine whether it can be resolved:

  • Internally
  • Structurally
  • Or with outside advisory support

Not every business requires coaching.


3. Prescribe

If coaching is appropriate, it becomes the prescription — not the starting point.
